Professor Sally Eaves, Author and Global Strategic Advisor in Emergent Technologies, Founder of Tomorrow’s Tech Today and Aspirational Futures

Professor Sally Eaves has been described as the ‘torchbearer for ethical tech’. She is an international advocate for opening access to opportunity and has founded Aspirational Futures to help skill, empower and support the generation of interdisciplinary talent into careers yet to be conceived, alongside scaling the application of emergent technology as an enabler for business transformation and social good. Sally is also Social Impact lead for the Hult Prize and contributes to parliamentary policy thought leadership. She was an inaugural recipient of the Frontier Technology and Social Impact award, presented at the United Nations in 2018 and is now leading major initiatives in this area, including presenting at Davos and leading events worldwide.

A senior policy advisor for the Global Foundation of Cyber Studies, she is also actively researching cybersecurity advances from enterprise to SME.

She has recently been ranked 8th in the World in Blockchain impact and is continually ranked in the top 10 for digital disruption and across frontier technology subjects.

Jaynene Hapanowicz, CTO & SVP, Technology Transformation & Cloud Services, Dell Digital

Jaynene Hapanowicz is CTO and senior vice president of technology transformation and cloud services for Dell Digital, the global IT organization that supports Dell Technologies. In her role, Jaynene spearheads the transformation efforts at Dell Digital, championing the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation and machine learning. She also plays a crucial role in fostering widespread adoption of DevOps practices throughout the organization, all while creating an industry-leading experience for developers and data scientists. Additionally, Jaynene is at the helm of Dell’s infrastructure and platform engineering, overseeing IT Operations, as well as managing Network and Call Center Technology Services.

In the past, Jaynene has helped to drive strategic initiatives including the deployments of private and hybrid Cloud Services, the Dell/EMC Integration and many technology conversions such as Software Defined Network and CI/CD Pipeline Services. Jaynene also led the services and call center development organizations focusing on customer experience and business outcomes. A collaborative leader, Jaynene is known for strengthening interlocks across teams and developing agile frameworks that efficiently and rapidly deliver business value.

Before joining Dell in 2013, Jaynene served in various technology leadership roles at Wyndham Worldwide and Cendant Corporation. She began her career in telecommunications with MCI Corporation after obtaining an MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo and a BA from Canisius College. Jaynene and her husband have two grown daughters. They spend their free time with their large crew of fun-loving pets.
