XPS 700 Motherboard Exchange Update #3: Online Survey

Several Direct2Dell and Dell Community Forum readers have asked us for an update on how the XPS 700 exchange program is progressing. My apologies for the delay in communication. We’ll work to provide more regular updates both here and on this thread in the forum beginning next week.

Update, 8/13:  The link for the XPS 700 Exchange Program is now live:

Since Neil first announced the program in March, we’ve been working to prepare for executing against this worldwide program, and we continue to do so. I continue to get comments and direct e-mails from customers who ask if refurbished XPS 700 systems are eligible for the motherboard exchange program. The XPS 700 exchange program does include refurbished systems purchased on or before June 1, 2007.

At this stage, we need some feedback from XPS 700 users to help us get a handle on the scope of this program. If you are an XPS 700 customer who been following this exchange program, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete this survey on Dell.com. The survey will run now through Wednesday, May 30.

Thanks for in advance for your participation, and for your continued patience. More to come next week. This same information is being posted here on the Dell Community Forum as well. I encourage any questions/ comments to this blog post or to the DCF thread mentioned above.

Again, here’s the link for the XPS 700 Motherboard Exchange Survey.
