More CPU and GPU Options for Whatever You Play or Create

Gaming is a passion for us and what’s often so inspiring is how unique the experience is for everyone – we all do it a little differently. No matter how many hours you put in, we want you to look forward to gaming on an Alienware or Dell G Series laptop. As gamers ourselves (and tech geeks who appreciate the specs), Alienware and Dell know that gamers have different needs but are all looking for the best CPUs and graphics to power their favorite games. With the addition of the latest 9th Gen Intel® Core high performance mobile processors, and NVIDIA’s latest GTX GPUs, you have more options to choose from; we want it to be right for you.

Today, you can order the new 9th Gen Intel Core processors and the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 16 series GPUs in the Dell G5 and G7 laptops, starting at $949.99. Also available today, Alienware’s m15 and m17 laptops will offer NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 16 series GPUs, starting at $1,329.99. Followed by the new 9th Gen Intel Core processors in June.

The all new 9th Gen Intel Core CPUs brings the highest performance to gaming and creator laptops, delivering up to 5.0 GHz[1] Turbo, 8 cores, and 16 threads. This newest generation of Intel Core represents the world’s most powerful gaming laptop platform by optimizing software and hardware, including the latest NVIDIA® GPUs, to help deliver a great end-to-end experience. The 9th Gen Intel Core CPU platform handles everything from demanding AAA games to taxing creative workloads like editing and rendering.

The new NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 and 1660 Ti graphic cards offer the perfect complement to 9th Gen Intel Core chips without having to be tethered to a desk. The 16 series is built with the breakthrough graphics performance of award-winning NVIDIA Turing architecture, a blazing-fast supercharger for today’s most popular games. Adding to industry-leading graphics options, these 16 Series graphic cards will let you capture and share videos and screenshots with friends, as well as help you livestream like a pro with dedicated hardware encoders optimized for Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) that delivers 15% improved efficiency over prior cards.

As always, XPS is on the forefront of technology updates, and will be offering the latest Intel Core and NVIDIA processors with Dell XPS 15 in June. The world’s smallest 15.6-inch performance laptop packs power and a stunning InfinityEdge design.  More details to come.

With our Dell G Series gaming laptops, we offer the essential features gamers need as well as some of the premium features you would find in an Alienware, such as 4-zone RGB keyboards, narrows bezels, and software that makes it easy to manage your in-game settings. Coming at the end of May, we’ll add to those premium features with OLED and 240Hz panel options on the Dell G7 15.

We’re thrilled for these announcements and the enhanced experience they will provide for gamers and creators! Stay tuned for more information and ordering options.

The frequency gain and duration is dependent on the workload, capabilities of the processor and the processor cooling solution.
