New, enhanced Log in experience
-
We are pleased to introduce our updated Log-in experience, prioritizing enhanced security measures and user privacy. At Dell, safeguarding your data integrity is of utmost importance, and our latest Log-in system reflects our ongoing commitment to this principle.
Our enhanced log-in experience now includes multi-factor authentication (MFA), offering an additional layer of security during the sign-in process. With MFA in place, your organization gains added protection against potential account compromise, reinforcing our dedication to maintaining a secure environment for all users.
This authentication method will work for Partner Portal, its sub-pages and other partners tools.
How does the multi-factor authentication work?
After entering your username and password and clicking 'Sign in,' you will receive an email containing a unique, dynamically generated, one-time 6-digit number. You'll need to enter this number on the login page. Once you've entered the code and clicked 'Verify and Sign In', you'll be promptly logged in to Partner Portal. The code will be valid for 5 minutes and for a single use only.
Please ensure that you add 'dell.myaccount.automated@dell.com' to your email's safe sender list to prevent the code email from being marked as spam. You should keep the code confidential. Dell personnel will never ask you to provide them with your code
Once you log out, you will be requested to re-authenticate with the same MFA process yourself if you wish to log back in.
