Dell Technologies APEX Flex on Demand service has allowed healthcare solutions company RelateCare to adopt an on-premise IT infrastructure with an OPEX model that was previously only available to cloud users. Among other benefits, this has allowed it to achieve more in less time and without the financial burden of paying for five years of server equipment in one go.
