Use of specific NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contracts by agencies, political subdivisions and other entities (including cooperatives) authorized by an individual state's statutes to use state/entity contracts are subject to the prior approval of the respective State Chief Procurement Official.   

All products and services offered under the Dell Master Price Agreement number MNWNC-109 may be purchased. All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities must include the State of Nebraska Participating State contract number 14253 OC; and the Dell WSCA/NASPO Master Price Agreement number MNWNC-109. Leasing is not allowed on this contract.  Limits set at $500,000/configuration.  Amendment 1 to the Participating Addendum extended the contract term to July 31, 2021.  Please see the Nebraska NASPO ValuePoint MNWNC-109 Computer Equipment, Peripherals, and Related Services Participating Addendum for complete details.
