Use of specific NASPO ValuePoint cooperative contacts by state agencies, political subdivisions and other entities (including cooperatives) authorized by a individual state’s statutes to use state contracts are subject to the prior approval of the respective State Chief Procurement Official. With the execution of this agreement, the State Chief Procurement Official authorizes the use of the agreement by the entities identified in La. R.S. 39:1551 et seq.  Issues of interpretation and eligibility for participation are solely within the authority of the State Chief Procurement Official.

All products offered under the Dell Master Price Agreement MNWNC-109 may be purchased, the State of Louisiana has added the following limitations.

1. Total release/purchase order amount shall not exceed $1,000,000.00.  Procurements shall not be artificially divided to circumvent the $1,000,000.00 threshold.
2. The following product lines are excluded from purchase under this contract:
   1. Professional Services
   2. Consulting Services
   3. Lease Agreements
   4. Trade-Ins
   5. Takeback Program
   6. Travel
3. Services are limited to warranty services, hardware and software maintenance for Products purchased under this agreement, initial installation, initial imaging of workstations, training directly related to the support of the hardware, excluding customized training and/or software training, and initial software imaging at time of installation upon request of the Purchasing Entity.
4. Installation is limited to the initial set-up and initial dignostics fo equipment and peripherals purchased from the contract. Installation is to be used only at the time of the purchase of the component(s) from the state contract. Installation is not to be used for configuration or reconfiguration of existing network equipment, installation or rearrangement of in-building or outside wiring/cabling nor any other fashion.
5. Training is limited to pre-developed training in support of products available through this participating addendum that is included in a publicly available course catalog of training. No customized training is allowed.

All purchase orders issed by purchasing entities must include the State of Louisiana Participating State contract number 4400002701 and the Dell NASPO ValuePoint master Price Agreement number MNWNC-109, the Agency Name, address, contact and phone number, IT procurement and/or other applicable approvals.  Please see the Louisiana NASPO ValuePoint MNWNC-109 Computer equipment, Peripherals and Related Services Participating Addendum for complete contract details.  Amendment 1 to the Participating Addendum extended the term of the contract to July 31, 2021.
