Provisions of this Addendum permit State of Idaho agencies, institutions and departments; as well as eligible political subdivisions or other "Public Agencies", as defined by Idaho Code, Section 67-2327 to purchase all products offered under the Dell NASPO MNWNC-109 Contract. This contract is coterminious with the Master Agreement which terminates on March 31, 2017.

 All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities must include the State of Idaho Participating State contract number PADD 15201190; and the Dell NASPO Master Price Agreement number MNWNC-109. Leasing is not allowed on this contract and configuration is limited to $300,000 without prior approval. There is no limitation on services.  Amendment 2 to the Idaho Participating Addendum extends the term of this contract to July 31, 2021.
