VCE heads to VMworld

VCE is excited to “Defy Convention” at VMware’s 10th annual VMworld in San Francisco next week. VMware is pulling out all the stops – impressive sessions on next-gen IT from Pat Gelsinger, VMware’s CEO, and Carl Eschenbach, VMware’s President and COO, opportunities to learn more about software-defined data centers (SDCCs), network virtualization, log data, fantastic musical entertainment from Imagine Dragons and Train and more.

VMworld

We at VCE also have a packed VMworld program – VCE panel and session presentations, booth demonstrations, and prize giveaways, including the iPad Mini and gift cards. Besides catching up with the VCE crew at booth 1015, you won’t want to miss VCE’s chief technology officer Trey Layton on the Virtualization and Converged Infrastructure Solutions panel on August 26 from 5:00-6:30 pm PT. Trey will share the stage with IBM, HP, Dell and Lenovo to discuss converged infrastructures – tweet #Vblocksrock to help represent VCE on stage!

VCE’s Jeramiah Dooley will be speaking at VMworld, discussing: “The SDDC Depends Upon Hardware: Building Mission Critical Converged Infrastructure with Vblock Systems.” He’ll highlight how VCE has made the Vblock Systems a preferred foundation for mission critical enterprise applications on SDDCs. Attendees can catch his presentation at two times:

  • Virtualization and Cloud Management Track – breakout session: Wednesday, August 28 from 8:00 – 9:00 am PT
  • VMware Theater solutions exchange (show floor): Wednesday,  August 28 from 10:20 – 10:50 am PT

We also have an impressive line up of customer presenters in our booth and throughout the event. Apollo Group, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, the University of San Diego, 8×8, and Switch Communications will discuss their decision to choose Vblock Systems and how it’s benefited their business. We’ll also have partner presentations from Atos/Canopy, ACS Xerox, Wipro, and CSC, as well as our investor companies – EMC, Cisco, and VMware.

Our booth will also have live Vblocks and demonstration pods, including:

We hope to see you there!
