Recently I had a chance to talk with Steve Scott, Product Manager for Dell Active System Manager (ASM). For those unfamiliar, ASM is an infrastructure and workload automation solution that helps IT administrators and teams:
- Streamline infrastructure provisioning
- Speed up workload deployment, and
- Accelerate delivery of IT services
And because customers typically have a mix of hardware from a variety of vendors, ASM has support for Dell hardware as well hardware from other vendors. This helps customers unify their IT environments and leverage their existing IT investments.
