Supporting our West Customers with our new Executive Briefing & Solution Center

Last week, we opened our Silicon Valley Executive Briefing and Solution Center. Located at our R&D campus in Santa Clara, this center was designed with our west-coast customers and partners in mind and marks the second phase of our expansion and consolidation in the Bay Area.

The center was officially opened on by Paulette Altmaier VP Applications, Software and Dario Zamarian, VP and GM Networking at an event attended by a number of our local customers, alliance and channel partners. Following the opening formalities, guests were invited to participate in tours of the center where they experienced a number of solution demos. With our growing portfolio we were able to showcase a diverse range of Dell hardware, software and services solutions, highlighting our business-class connected devices, intelligent converged infrastructure, Cloud delivery and management, information management and security solutions. 

Creating a positive experience for our customer is our priority and engagements at the Silicon Valley Executive Briefing and Solution Center are designed to serve customers from end to end: whether through strategic conversations with Dell about the technology solutions that can help organizations of all sizes meet their business needs, or in deeper-dive solution discussions and proofs-of-concept. Our team will deliver customized engagements to enable our customers, from high-level strategy discussions to hands-on solution testing prior to deployment in their own environment, working with our account teams, product experts and new acquisitions to create a holistic experience for our customer.

This is the 12th Solution Center to open globally since last year, providing our customers with a living lab designed to help them architect, validate and build solutions. With a team of solution experts, several dedicated labs and the latest Dell infrastructure in place, customers and partners can avail of this capability to explore solutions or engage hands-on to prove how Dell solutions can meet their specific business and IT requirements. Our location in Silicon Valley also gives us great exposure to many of our partners who can be called upon to support customer engagements when appropriate.
