Last week, we launched the Wi-Fi only version of the Streak 7 tablet. Starting at $399.99, customers in the United States can buy it just like customers in the UK, France and Germany. The Wi-Fi-only version runs Android 2.2, features Dell Stage software and all the other benefits of the Streak 7, minus the 3G/ 4G radio function.
Going the Wi-Fi only route means you won’t have to pay for a data plan. Other than that, you can do everything you expect to from this tablet from your Wi-Fi network at home or at your favorite Wi-Fi hotspots on the go. It comes with 16GB of storage space. Beyond the device itself, you still have a few options like adding an SD card (up to 32GB) for additional storage space, or accessories like a case or a Bluetooth headset.
If you’ve been waiting for a reason to try out the Streak 7, the Wi-Fi only version is worth a look.
