Multilingual Expansion of Ask the Expert Events on ECN – Now in Spanish!

Pregunte+Al+Experto+Banner.jpgBy now, most of you are aware of the engaging conversations that take place on each of our Ask the Expert (ATE) events on the ECN. A couple of years ago, soon after the launch of the Chinese support community and due to the popularity of the ATE program in the English speaking communities, our global   team decided to begin organizing localized ATE events in China. As a result, just as expected, the ATE program in the Chinese Support Community has been a tremendous success ever since it was launched.

It didn’t take too long until the Japanese community jumped onboard as well, and started organizing their version of ATE events in Japanese. Again, the program has become a great success. Customers and partners are regularly engaged and grateful for getting a chance to directly interact with EMC subject matter experts of various backgrounds in the language of their choice.

And the expansion of this program continues! Today, I have the pleasure to announce that we’ve recently launched the Ask the Expert (Pregunte al Experto) program in the Spanish Support Community. This program is tailored to Spanish-speaking customers and partners, though our experts will also answer questions posted in English. Thanks to the support of the local teams in Latin America and Spain, we were able to initiate it and drive awareness of our program among users in those regions.

This program could not be a success without the help from various global business units throughout EMC, locally and internationally. Many EMC customers, partners, employees and managers are regularly involved in the ongoing development of this program. For this reason we’d like to ask you again to send us your feedback and ideas, or nominate SMEs that could potentially be good candidates for future ATE events.
