Dell Named One of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council’s Top Corporations

Last week, the Women’s
Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
announced its new list
of America’s Top Corporations for Women’s Business Enterprisesand Dell was honored for the third time.  This is the only national award
honoring corporations for world-class programs that create level playing fields
for women’s business enterprises (WBEs) to compete for corporate contracts.
Dell has worked diligently with WBENC over the last decade to provide
equal access to procurement opportunities to women-owned businesses and to
mentor small and medium business owners.  Our partnership with WBENC has
provided Dell with the contacts, tools and processes to grow our women-owned
business spend and drive inclusion of women-owned businesses across our supply
chain. All Dell employees have a role in supporting diverse supplier
inclusion and it is a privilege and an honor to be recognized for our hard
work.

Here’s
an example of how one company, Aztec Promotional Group, used technology to
help grow its business as well as how the owner, Patti Winstanley, partners
with Dell Supplier Diversity.

Congratulations
to our outstanding women-owned business partners who drive us to improve each
year.
