As I head to Miami for Dell User Forum, it is hard not to think about Miami Vice—a television series that took America by storm in the 1980s.  With a heavy focus on the music and culture of Miami, it featured a colorful ensemble cast who often talked about the “whack-a-mole” nature of their work fighting crime.
