I recently joined the Dell Global Support & Deployment (GSD) organization where I have gained a new perspective on Dell offerings—broadening beyond the Dell Storage and PowerEdge Server lines I have worked on over the past few years. For me, this is a whole new world…understanding just how Dell deploys and supports products and understanding what that means to customers. Each year, I have attended Dell World in different capacities (2011 employee day and 2012 whisper suite staff/social media panelist). This year, I’ll be live tweeting from the @DellProSupport Twitter account from sessions and keynotes (please follow us there if you have not already). I like to think of Dell World as a “workcation”—a chance to work and have fun at the same time—and truly hope you will be able to join us here in Austin, Texas (ATX).
