Dell Global Support & Deployment: A whole new Dell World

I recently joined the Dell Global Support & Deployment (GSD) organization where I have gained a new perspective on Dell offerings—broadening beyond the Dell Storage and PowerEdge Server lines I have worked on over the past few years. For me, this is a whole new world…understanding just how Dell deploys and supports products and understanding what that means to customers. (Check out this Dell ProSupport Plus video to understand just how dedicated we are to your success.)

Each year, I have attended Dell World in different capacities (2011 employee day and 2012 whisper suite staff/social media panelist). This year, I’ll be live tweeting from the @DellProSupport Twitter account from sessions and keynotes (please follow us there if you have not already). I like to think of Dell World as a “workcation”—a chance to work and have fun at the same time—and truly hope you will be able to join us here in Austin, Texas (ATX).
