Dell Founders 50 Club Represented at Dublin Web Summit

In the second of our guest posts live from the Dublin Web Summit, we’ve asked Jeremy Bloom, CEO, Integrate, to provide some detail about his business and what he’s most looking forward to experiencing at the Summit. Integrate is a marketing software startup that has a close relationship with Dell via our Founders 50 Club. As a member of the programme Jeremy joins a highly curated group of CEOs and founders who we see as game changers in their industry that are poised for massive growth. We then work with each member one on one to figure out where we can help and support them as they continue to grow.

As a Dell Founders 50 Club member, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the company over the last 12 months, being given personal access to technology counsel and help with strategic planning from Dell team members with experience in fast growth companies.

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Michael Dell, and what struck me most from our conversation was the entrepreneurial approach that he’s managed to replicate across his entire global team. Michael is the original entrepreneur and his founding principles are still front and center today – highly unusual but refreshing for such a large organization.

So I’m delighted to be joining his extended team in Ireland this week for the Dublin Web Summit – Europe’s largest technology gathering. Not only will I get the chance to network with likeminded entrepreneurs and startups, but I’ll also have the opportunity to share my own company’s extraordinary growth story live on stage.

Integrate provides marketing software designed to address the disconnect that exists between the efforts used to reach new prospects and the systems used to manage them. I started Integrate in 2010 and since then we’ve enjoyed fantastic growth across the U.S. with international business in countries including Australia and the UK.

My journey to company founder has been an interesting one. After achieving a place in the Skiing Hall of Fame and ending my professional athlete days in the NFL, I’ve learned some valuable sporting skills and worked on transferring these into a business environment – something that has served me well. On day one of the Summit, I’ll be talking more about this transition. Visitors can also hear me talk more about marketing technology in the cloud and I’ll be hoping to impart some valuable tips for other businesses looking to grow.

In addition to my speaking commitments, I’m really looking forward to the different experiences and learning opportunities the Summit can bring. It’s a conference which is getting an increasingly high profile in the U.S. and as a first time attendee, I’m planning on making the most of every opportunity it offers.

From meeting like-minded people, to hearing new perspectives and having the chance to network with some of the world’s most exciting new startups, the stage is set to offer three days of fantastic experiences.
