As global Lead for the Service Optimization Practice of Global Service Quality (GSQ) within Managed Services, Gabe brings 25 years of experience at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Compaq and Hewlett-Packard to his current role at Dell EMC, position he has held since 2010.
As a Dell EMC Proven Professional, ITIL Expert and Lean IT certified, Gabe provides an innovative view for the continual improvement of IT Services to Managed Services Customers around the globe, influencing the utilization of best practices for Service Management and Lean IT for increasing the delivery of Value to end Customers, increasing process efficiency and measuring process capacity while providing the right level of Service Quality across the board.
Gabe is passionate about Customers and Service Innovation. He recently developed the new Dell EMC internal methodology for Value Stream Mapping for Managed Services, which provides reliable data around process efficiency, process capacity and process cost in the support of strategic decision making.
