Cathy is a UX Design and Strategy Lead with Dell Technologies Consulting Services, leading enterprise UX engagements with some of the largest companies since 2006. Cathy has spent much of her career in the field, interviewing users and helping companies to adopt a digital mindset. She combines UX best practices and user-centered design with business insight to deliver transformative results. Her areas of expertise include digital strategy, experience design, personas, information architecture and usability testing.
Cathy is a Certified Usability Analyst with global experience. She sees user experience as a way to connect people from different backgrounds and cultures. She is a strong advocate of user-centered design, ensuring technology is a useful and natural fit for its audience.
Outside of work Cathy conducts workshops on User Experience at the Center for Digital Arts, Westchester Community College. She is also actively involved with Zoo Memorial Foundation, a non-profit that provides technology to underserved areas in Kenya.
