Introducing the New Dell EMC Partner Program

The new and highly anticipated Dell EMC Partner Program has been revealed, and it’s more powerful than ever before! Designed around three core components – namely Simple, Predictable and Profitable – the new Dell EMC Partner Program will ensure our partners have ample opportunity, business confidence and potential for profitability.

Combining the experience of previous programs from Dell and EMC, and in collaboration with some of our existing partners, we formulated this new Partner Program to help bring about a new kind of commitment and loyalty, as well as unprecedented business opportunities for our partners.

Regardless of their tier in our Partner Program, all of Dell EMC’s partners have the opportunity to receive lucrative benefits and rebates. And this is what excites me the most as Channel Director for Turkey, Eastern Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

It is my goal to grow revenues and increase market share, but it is fantastic that our partners can benefit from Dell EMC’s successes too. We have chosen four tiers (gold, platinum, titanium and the exclusive VIP black titanium), which will align with key business models. This unique structure gives flexibility to our partners to ramp up and meet the new criteria over a six month period, and from there on out, they will be able to reap the benefits.

The Partner Program Benefits:

  • Power of One – a new centralized model will offer our partners the best of previous programs from Dell Technologies and EMC plus so much more!
  • Improved Processes – we will introduce a one partner portal with a single sign-on, a one deal registration and a one Line of Business Incumbency Program for storage, thus streamlining and simplifying previous processes for our partners
  • Simplified Training and Compliance – our training programs will be revamped to give the same training to our partners as our direct sales teams receive
  • Transparency – the annual program strategy will include a mid-year compliance review to help keep our partners motivated and on the path to financial success
  • Profitable – rewards of our new Partner Program will focus on new business and services, as well as selling the full portfolio, so that everyone can benefit

I belive that we have not only listened to our partners, but have delivered our new Partner Program to exceed expectations and ensure predictability and profitability. And with these changes, Dell EMC really wanted to emphasize our commitment to further developing and investing in our partner community.
